The Hot Start engine heater uses an industrial pump and heating units to circulate your engines coolant while heating it. The two stage heating set up allows you to use both stages to quickly heat your engine up to temp in as little as 30 minutes, then go to one stage to maintain temp while using less power. The engine heater is thermostatically controlled, so once it reaches your preset temperature the heating elements shut off until the temp drops below the set temp. The pump only mode allow you to circulate the coolant through the engine, radiator, and the pump. It can be used to cool down engines after they are shut down also. The Hot Start unit uses quick couplers to hook to your engine and can be coupled to the radiator check valve (sold separately).

The 120 volt versions use two recessed outlets and

the 220 volt versions use one twist lock plug.

The Radiator Check Valve allows coolant to flow only

one direction ,making sure all of the heated

coolant flows all the way through the engine.

Conveniently located control panel has a temp gauge to keep an eye on the preheat progress, water pump on/off switch to circulate the water for cool down, 1500w heater switch for maintaining engine temp, 2000w heater switch for engine warm ups and the 100-200 degree temp adjustment. Units with an oil heater option also have an oil temp gauge and oil pump switch.

Hoses Store neatly in the top compartment and can be run

through a slot in the side allowing for the lid to be closed during use.
